How does bail work?
Bail is a form of release from jail after a person is arrested. This is the most efficient type of release. The rates charged are filed with the state. 10% is the norm but we do offer an 8% rate for the military, union, and attorney referrals. Call us to see if you qualify.
What do I need to bail someone out of jail?
Each and every case is different, as you know the larger the bail the more you will need to bring to the office. Just call us ahead and we’ll be happy to let you know. General items include: credit cards if any, I.D.s, utility bill (recent), work pay stub, registrations to vehicles.
How long does it take for the paperwork?
Usually 10-20 minutes. There are some documents/contracts that we need to fill out. Click on “printable forms” from the menu and you will get a good idea and become familiar with the information needed. We pride ourselves in this area…We train hard to be the “Fastest Out”
How can I pay?
We accept various types of payment, including all major credit cards, checks, debit cards and of course $$$. In some cases jewelry, electronic equipment, cars, etc.
How long does it take for a person to get out of jail?
It varies from jail to jail across California but we do our best to get the job done super hero fast. Standard wait times are usually 1-4 hours after the bond is posted. While we wait we are constantly calling/checking on your loved one.

The responsibilities that go along with being a co-signer are very simple. You’re ensuring the defendant will go to court promptly as well as making sure he or she stays out of trouble.

The defendant’s responsibilities are to go to court when ordered, make all payments on time (when payment plan is set up), notify us of any personal changes and to stay out of trouble while on our bond.

Absolutely, we have the ability to write bail state and nation wide. Wherever you need us we’ll be there.
Do I get my money back after the defendant goes to court?
Any money that is used as collateral to secure the bond is fully refundable, but money that is used towards the premium for our service is not.
Can I take care of a warrant with Garcia Family Bail?
Yes, we will be more than happy to walk you through the process and be ready to get you out as soon as possible.
Do I need to come back with the defendant to complete paperwork?
Yes we greatly encourage that the defendant come in directly from the jail to our office to finish all paperwork and answer all questions we might have.
